5-wating for the final acceptable result from the university through email
After agreeing with the request to continue the applicant's education by the General Department of Educational Services of the University, the admissions department staff in the Office of International Students contact the applicant via email.

6-having gotten the acceptance letter from the university, register for Saorg Code .

7- announce your Saorg code to the university by E-mail
After receiving the tracing code, the applicant must announce the code to the office colleagues via email.

8- anouncment of your saorg code by admissions department staff to the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science
After the code is confirmed by the colleagues of the Admissions Office, a letter will be sent by the Office of International Students to the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology regarding the official announcement of admission and obtaining the applicant's registration permit.
